These terms govern your use of this website and our waitlist, operated by Exact AI Inc. ("Exact", "we", "us"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. Our product will be offered under a separate customer agreement.

Using the site

• You may browse the site and join the waitlist for your own business purposes.
• Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or get around its security or sign-up limits.
• Give accurate details when you join the waitlist, and only for an email address you're allowed to use.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't create a contract to provide the product, guarantee access, or commit you to buy anything. We may invite people in any order and may close or change the waitlist at any time.

What's on the site

The site describes a product that is still in development. Demos, illustrations and examples are for explanation only and may not reflect the final product. Features, timelines and availability may change.

Our content

The site's text, artwork, animations and code belong to Exact or its licensors. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Exact won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to [LIABILITY CAP, e.g. USD 100].

Governing law
